FAQs
How is the ride duration calculated?
The ride duration is calculated from the time the engine is switched on to the time it is switched off. Your actual flying time / time in air will be approximately 3 minutes less than the total ride duration.
For example, if you book a 15 minutes ride, your actual flying time will be approx. 12 minutes. If you book a 20 minutes ride, your actual flying time will be approx. 17 minutes.
Which is the best route to fly? South Mumbai, East Mumbai or North Mumbai?
There is no ‘best’ route as such. Your flying experience is the same irrespective of the route you select. We suggest you check the locations covered in each route and availability of the routes above to decide.
Are children charged?
Yes. Children are charged the same prices as adults. A child is counted as 1 person.
We are 3 adults and 1 child. Can we do a ride?
No. Only 3 passengers and 1 pilot are allowed in the Robinson R44 helicopter. Below are the details:
1 adult + 1 child: Allowed (You will have to book for 2 persons)
1 adult + 2 children: Allowed (You will have to book for 3 persons)
2 adults + 1 child: Allowed (You will have to book for 3 persons)
3 adults + 1 or more children: Not allowed
Can you arrange a cake for birthday / anniversary celebration?
Yes. We have an add-on package which includes a cake and flower bouquet. You can cut the cake mid-air during the ride. Update: It is currently no possible to arrange a cake / flower bouquet due to COVID restrictions.
At what height does the helicopter fly?
The helicopter flies at a height of approx. 500 feet to 700 feet above ground level during the ride.
