- Parents need to accompany children below 18 years
- Government ID is compulsory at the time of check in
- Do not disturb the other campers
- Meals are served at fixed timings, the food will not be served after the fixed time and no refund or food will be provided after the fixed time.

Full refund: You will get a full refund if your booking is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, technical or operational reasons.

No refund: This activity is not cancellable by the customer. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled by the customer.
