Money deducted from my account, but my order status is Failed or Pending Payment
In very rare cases, due to bank level downtime issues, money is deducted from your account, but the same does not immediately reflect in your Leisurekart order.
In such a scenario, your bank will
1) either re-credit the deducted amount in your account OR
2) credit the amount to Leisurekart
The bank and the payment gateway usually takes 2 to 3 working days to update the correct status.
In most cases, the amount is re-credited back to your account by the bank. In a rare situation where the amount is credited to Leisurekart’s bank account, we will issue a refund to you and credit amount back into your bank account.
