The website www.leisurekart.com is owned and operated by Leisurekart Technologies Private Limited, a company with its registered address at B-2 704, Girishikhar, Abhinav Nagar, Borivali (East), Mumbai – 400066, India. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Leisurekart” refer to Leisurekart Technologies Private Limited. The terms “you”, “your” and “user” refer to anyone directly or indirectly availing services provided by Leisurekart.
By visiting, browsing, accessing and using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Kindly read through and understand the Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any of the mentioned points, you shall stop accessing the website immediately and not use any of the services offered by us.

Eligibility

You are eligible to use the website only if you are 18 years of age or above. If you are below 18 years of age, you shall not make an account on the website or make any bookings. Minors must access the website only with the guidance of their parents or legal guardians and all bookings and purchases can be made on the website only by 18-year-olds and above. We reserve the right to reject, delete or terminate your account if we find out that the account is created and used by a minor.

Your Account Information

You as the user shall be responsible for keeping your username and passwords confidential and safe. Leisurekart shall not be responsible for unauthorised access to your account due to your login details being in the hands of a third person or a third party.

Communication

When you contact us, create an account or submit your personal information through the website, you agree and consent that we will communicate with you using the details you submit.

You agree to receive promotional, transactional and commercial communications from Leisurekart via email, SMS and phone.

Making a Purchase or a Booking

When you use the website to make a purchase or a booking, you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions you are prohibited from using this website. If you have any queries get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Cancellation and Refunds

All experiences listed on Leisurekart have a different policy for cancellation and refunds for confirmed bookings. The details for the same are mentioned on each experience details page. The refund percentage/amount will vary depending on the terms and conditions of the experience provider.

If an experience provider cancels your booking, you will be informed as soon a possible. Your booking may be cancelled completely or you will be given an option to choose from the next possible available date and timings.

It may take up to 10 working days for your refund to get processed.

The mode of payment for refunds will be online only.
For payments done via credit card, the amount will be credited back to the same credit card.
For payments done via debit card, the amount will be credited back to the same debit card.
For payments done via net banking, the amount will be credited back to the bank account through which the payment was done.

For payments done via any other mode of online payment, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.

Changing your booking date/time

All experiences listed on Leisurekart have different terms and conditions for changing booking dates. The terms and conditions are set by the experience providers.

Gift Vouchers

All Experience Gift vouchers provided by Leisurekart are valid for 12 months. They are not refundable and not transferable. Gift vouchers are delivered only via email. If a gift voucher is lost/deleted, Leisurekart may re-issue the gift voucher after verifying you are the original recipient.

Shipping and Delivery

We do not deliver or ship any products, gift vouchers, experience vouchers, booking confirmation details, invoices etc. by direct mail. All mentioned items are sent only via email.

Experience Providers

All experiences listed on the website are provided by experience providers through a tie-up with Leisurekart. Leisurekart does not provide, conduct or organise the experiences listed on our website. Leisurekart is a platform for booking these listed experiences only. We do not control any activities done by the experience providers.

Prices

Leisurekart reserves the right to change the prices of experiences and services without notice.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Many of the experiences listed on Leisurekart are dependent on favourable weather conditions. If your booking time is changed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be allowed to reschedule the dates for your experience.

Your Contact and Account Details

It is your responsibility to enter the correct contact details (name, email address, phone numbers, billing address etc.). Leisurekart will not be responsible if you enter incorrect details and do not receive the related booking details etc. due to this.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings made on the website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you get a confirmation email from Leisurekart. We recommend you to book experiences at least 10 days in advance. We suggest you contact us prior to making a payment to ensure the availability of an experience.

Description of Experiences

The respective experience providers provide the description displayed on the listed experiences on Leisurekart. This information may not be 100% accurate and is subject to change from time to time. We also rely on you as the user to report if an experience description is not accurate as compared to the actual services provided by the experience provider.

Experience Duration

The duration of each experience is mentioned on the experience page. The total duration of the experience may change and it may be less or more than the duration mentioned on the website. There may also be a waiting time involved as other customers must be served and you may have to wait for your turn.

Restrictions on taking an Experience

There may be restrictions on certain experiences of age, weight, fitness etc. and you may not be allowed to take the experience if found unsuitable by the experience provider. It is your responsibility to confirm the same and see if an experience is suitable for you by contacting us.

Promotional Offers

Leisurekart provides promotional discount offers and promotional discount coupons and codes on a very regular basis. These discounts can only be availed by applying the coupon code during the booking process. Leisurekart does not guarantee that all promotional codes will work at all times as certain offers are provided only for certain duration. Leisurekart shall not be responsible if a promotional coupon does not work. Depending on the type of coupon, you may not be able to benefit from multiple discounts for the same purchase/booking etc.

Links on Third Party Websites

Leisurekart does not have control over other websites or blogs linking to the Leisurekart website. Leisurekart does not endorse or agree upon any information published on these other websites. Users shall access these links at their own risk.

Governing Law

The laws of the government of India shall govern any disputes or claims relating to Leisurekart. The jurisdiction place for any such events shall be Mumbai, India.
